I've couple of questions regarding greean card and would greatly apprecaited, If someone please take out some time and advice me here.
Well to tell about myself. I'm a Green Card holder working in California for 4 years now. This year August 2003 I visited India and got married. Presently my spouse
is living back at home (india) and unfortunately I had to come back and resume my job here in US. Well presently, My wife is in india and I'm working for her to get an H1 visa (not sure though) so that she can come join me. Also she is a Bachelors with computer background..
Now my question is: I want to file for my wife's green card here in US and was wondering, If I can do that, even though she is in india? Also tomorrow if my wife gets an H1 visa(not sure though) and if she comes down to US on H1 visa, Is that going to afffect the green card processing, which I filed here?? Is INS concerned about issues like these? Are they going to be any problem, which i'm not aware off?? Anybody experienced situation like me?? I look for some advice and would greatly apprecaite, If someone please help me here.
Will tell something about my green card processing. When i was doing my green card processing. My attorneys scared me from time to time. My process was a consular processing and had to really go though lot of questions/issues. But I followed the guidelines which were posted here on this site from people who experienced it and that really helped me.
