Hi Guys,
This may not be the appropriate place to post this question but could not select any other thread. My friend has a very specific problem. He has filed his PERM labor through his consulting company last year in May. (somehow the approval has not come!) And now his client company is offering him a permanent job. But applying for a green card through this client company would be very tough as they are a telecom giant and they won't be able to apply for his labor in PERM or in RIR. So, the question is if he wants to continue his green card through his consulting company, what would be the best way to go about it? Can USCIS ask for his payment stubs etc at the time of 140 application even if it is for a future job? Is anyone here in the similar situation? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
