Green Card Question -urgent

Hi,
I have included My wife after i filed my I-485. she filed her case eight months after me.I got my Green card.Her advance parole valid till 11'th OCT 2002.She never used her parole.She went to india last week for the most urgent reason.I have already applied her advanced parole extension and got the receipt dated 14'th August.Here is the confusion.Yesterday I checked vermont service center and It says her case is approved.Is she going to get a new parole????.So that she can come back and stamp it in the passport.Is there is any chance she will not get a parole extension?.If some reason if she did not get parole ,Can she come back with her H4 valid till Mar 2003.My question is since I got Greencard,Is her H4 still valid.Please post your advice as soon as possible.Thanks

Most probabally yes, but check with your lawyer.

Nop, she has adjustee status, she need to use AP. In case she use h4 to enter USA it might work, but complicate whole thing, better consult good lawyer, don't take chance.

Please post your advice as soon as possible.
