I have started working in a big indian based consulting company and they have agreed to file my green card provided I pay for it.I was recruited through US and not through India for this company. I have the following questions :
1) How safe is it to file a green card in this manner . Have you people got green cards through companies like wipro, infosys, tcs,mbt etc. Please let me know your experiences.
2) If I file and then get laid off will this hamper my chances of green card through some other employer.
Please share your thoughts.
