Hi,

I am on a H1 visa here working in US and my fiance has a green card.
Can anyone tell whether I am eligible to get a green card based on her after marraige?

You can but it takes a long time if the sponsor is GC holder. In the mean time till you get the GC you have to maintain your H1 status.

Can anyone please tell me how much time does it take to get a GC based on spouse after marraige, if the spouse is a GC holder.

Your spouse can only apply for I-130 for you at this point. You have to wait for it to be approved and for PD to be current (approx 3-4 years) before you can apply for I-485. Till then, the burden is on you to maintain valid legal status here in the US. If your spouse becomes a USC during this waiting process, the I-130 could be upgraded and you could apply for I-485 sooner.
