I had a question regarding Green Card processing, about the

"Address for Correspondence"

" Do I need to give my current address for all correspondence during GC
application? Or if I have a permanent address in other state, I can use
that? "

I wanted to know this, since I am a consultant I may not be staying at one
place for not more that few months.

So please clarify me in this regard.

Any expert comments would be highly appreciat

Depends on things like where is your sponsoring company, where LCA was filed

Try to stick to the address or location (state) where your Labor and H1 were filed. This can be your permanent address as well as address for correspondance. People also use lawyer office or company address for corresp.

LCA Filing

Thank you for your reply. Your answer pops another question in my mind.
If my Employer is in State A (also filed my H1 from State A), and I am working for some client in State B, from which State will my LCA be filed? Do I need to file my LCA from State A or State B ?
