My company has filed for my Green Card in Ohio. The papers were sent in Jan/2004. Its July/2004 already and haven't heard whether they received my papers or not or any information.
I looked at the processing times on the ows site. For Ohio as of June 2004 says, they are processing July/2002 for regular cases.
My question is my H1-B expires in 2005, will I make it in that time or its over for me?
