Could anyone please clarify my doubts on green card processing.
I work for a decent size company in Virginia but my company is registered in Delaware ( Though they dont have any physical address in delaware , they registerd it outthere for tax benefits ).
My company is willing to sponsor my green card and i was wondering since its registered in Delaware, can i have it applied in delaware because of the fact that the processing time is much faster in delaware when compared to any other state ?
I would appreciate if anyone could please answer my question regarding this green card processing.
