Green Card Processes

Hi,

I got my H1b Approval recently and I am planning to apply for Green Card now. Can some one please advice me on how to start the process. How I should maintain my paystubs and other documents. I want to know the complete process please

my suggestion would be..take up an employment with a company which you know has strong ethics and treat you with honesty. do not file GC with a consultancy company, whose livelihood depends on ppl like you earning for them. once you are in their hold, they will do whatever it takes legally/illegally (but unethically) to screw you. you will not realise this until its too late.

as the other reader suggested, familiarise yourself with GC process steps. some companies, throw a lot of legal/immigration crap at you, if you ask questions to them. so if you are aware of some these things you can question them back.
