Presently I am working in US. I am in H1B and was since last 4 years. My company is in the process of submitting the LC - RIR. Due to time constraint, I got permanenet Residency in Canada and moved to Windosr, Canada sometime in February '02'.
My company made a big stink saying that I made a wrong move by moving to Canada. So they changed all the LC forms reflecting the new Canadian address.
But I still own a house in Michigan and I am still commuting to work.
What should I do? Will this move effect the GC process? Due to limited time - 2 years H1B, I am sure I will not get my GC. Any suggestions and Ideas would be highly appreciated.
