Hi Everyone,

Having some real bad time with INS with I-90 10 year renewal process.

Here is the time line:

8/10/2005 - EFiles I-90
8/18/2005 - Received Notice of Action
11/30/2005 - Called NBC for update since I've never received my Bio-Metrics
appointment letter. They told me they will investigate and it can take up to 45 days or more to get a response
3/19/2006 - Still no update from NBC so I called again and they advise me to make Infopass appointment. So I did
3/25/2006 - I've sent letter to MSC asking if there's a problem and I need updates with my application since it's taking so long.
4/8/2006 - Went to Infopass appointment and Immigration Officer told me it's still being processed and I have to wait. She did stamp my passport for a year though
7/12/2006 - Finally received a response from MSC and my bio-metrics letter
but the the 797C letter was dated for 9/12/05 and my bio-metrics appointment date was 10/18/2005!!!!!!! Seems like my paper work got lost for a whole year!!!
7/25/2006 - Wrote local ASC to re-schedule my Bio-Metric appointment since original notice was never received by me
9/12/2006 - Received new Bio-Metric appointment for 10/20/2006
10/20/2006 - Photo and Fingerprints taken at the ASC for Bio-Metric
12/4/2006 - Still no Green Card.................

This experience has been nothing but horrific. It's been 44 days since the Bio-Metrics appointment but no Green Card yet. Doe it take this long to receive it after Bio-Metric appoinment? My mother's Green Card came in 3 weeks after Bio-Metric appointment. I'm just hoping they did not lose my application again.

Anybody had similar experience?
