green card & J-1

Hi, im a Doctor,I have already filed form I-130 for green card, after i pass USMLE exams, can i get J-1 visa for residency?

Looking tha fact that i have alreay filed form I-130 for green card, i want to know after i pass Step 1 and Step 2 of USMLE exams, and matching for residency in USA, can i get sponsorship for J-1 visa?? is problem that i have already filed for green card? Any explanations, please?!
 
I could extend my DS-2019 after I filed I-130 (and this I-130 was approved). But I was told that getting "J1-visa" sticker is not garanteed since the officer in the US embassy will see your I-130 submition record on their computer. So, I was told that stay in US with extended DS-2019. I stayed in the same J1 program. You are going to get into a new J1 program. My case and your case are not the same.
