Green card interview w/tourist visa

Howdy... we've got a green card interview after waiting 2 1/2 for AOS w/485.
She came on a tourist visa. We'd been dating close to two years long distance, but didn't know when we might want to get married. She came here to stay with a cousin, but we did have an idea we'd get married and did so after she was here 6 weeks. While not a huge wedding, it was big enough to look planned out. I'm hoping our wedding album doesn't look like that. Whether that is right or wrong I leave to you... but I want to know if anyone has heard of anyone being denied a card for that very reason. Intent before coming here?

Thanks!

Should be fine as long as she does not disclose that her intention was to get married in tourist visa. It's a very delicate matter and if they come to know about her intention, that can jeopardise her GC. Now, how you want to present the case is upto you. Normally in this kind of situation don't volunteer any info to come clean. Just provide the info they ask for.
