Green Card Interview and documents

My I-130 was approved in Dec 1997. Petition was filed by my mother as a Permanent resident for her unmarried son 21 years or older. In 9/2003 she became Citizen of United States and I applied for my adjustment of status in 11/2003 as the visa number became current. I submitted Affidavit of support with I 485 and 245i. Also applied for EAD which I got.

I received letter for interview the last week for 5/2005 and it asks me to bring all the documentsalsongwith medical examination and also I 864(affidavit of support).

Two questions:

1. I maintained my legal staus in the U.S. by working on H1 visa until Oct 2002 and after that h1 transfer to another company was declined but I appealed the decision and it is still pending. Do I have to pay $1000.00 under 245i or will it be waived as I did not overstay based on a pending decision on my appeal?

2. I submitted Affidavit of support with my application. Do I have to take another most current one with me or the copy of the same old one i sent in nov 2003?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know about your 1st Q. But the answer for your second Q is, you have to take the current I-864.

Folks,

can anybody kindly, in detail mention the list of documents needed for the 485 interview...

Everybody mentions "all documents" but no list is placed here...
