Green Card in Atlanta Center: Please Help!!

My i-485 application has been pending for 40 months in the Atlanta office. I have not heard a single thing from them for 3 years. All I have been able to get is my EAD for the past 3 years.

Can someone tell me what number to call to check my status?
Is it possible my case is lost?

Please, please, please help me.
