Green Card Holder to marry fiance who has overstayed I-94 for 6 years

I am a legal resident alien with a greencard and am looking to marry someone who has long overstayed the I-94 Departure Date. My fiance has not been in any Removal, Deportation, Recission, or Judicial Proceedings regarding her immigration status - she has just been under the covers. She has been unemployed for more than a year and I have supported her. I want to marry her, but am afraid that she may have to exit the country and not be able to come back if we come forward. My specific questions are:

1) Can I marry her without her having to return to her country?
2) I understand that I have to file Form I-130 and that she would eventually get Conditional Resident Status. Would she be able to work under this status?
3) Once I obtain citizenship, does she inherit this status automatically?
4) Should I wait until I get citizenship, which may take another year?
5) Her Drivers License expires soon and we are worried about the constraints on her life... Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!!
