I am a green card holder whose citizenship is due in December. Upon receiving my citizenship, I will immediately apply for my mother's green card - which I believe she will receive in about 6 months or so. Can my minor brother also receive his green card in an expedited manner like my mother? I understand that the green card might be processed sooner for my 15-year old brother if my mother applies based on her green card as opposed to me applying for him. Is there any way for him to immigrate sooner than the standard 2-3 years he might have to wait if my mother applies for him?
I need my mother and brother to come to the US ASAP since I constantly worry about their well being.
