My company laid off 50% employees last month. I am planning to apply for Green card now. Would I be able to get Labor clearence. How long should I wait? Also, would they be able to process under RIR?
Were the laid off workers US Citizens or Green Card holders?
If they were all H-1 workers this may not present a problem but if they were US workers and had similar skills to yours you may be out of luck, at least for now.
