Green Card for Spouse

I am planning to get married to my fiance in India who is a doctor. I am in between the adjustment of status. My I-485 is ND - Dec 2001 and finger printing done in March 2002. I hope the approval might be on the way now.
My H-1 has already expired. But I have an EAD and Parole.

My concerns are:

How can I get my wife in US
Can I do the consular processing for her if my marriage takes place before the actual GC approval date. If yes how long will it take in Delhi consulate.

Can I get her on visitor visa on some pretext and then try to get her status changed.

I will appreciate if someone can reply to my queries.

She will need to consular process as a follow to join. You do not appear to have any legal status to bring her to the US at until the GC is approved but be sure that you are married before the GC is approved because otherwise she will wait a couple years as the spouse of a GC holder. This is one reason why it is sometimes a good idea to remain in H-1 status.
