Green card for spouse while in the USA

Hello,

Please let me know what applications forms needed for the US Citizen applying to adjust wife's status (on visa before).

Shall I include all of the following or just some. Please advise

1. I-130 (is this form needed if filing I-485?)
2. I-485
3. G-325 (both husband and wife).
4. I-765

Anything else I might missed?

I-131 (if so desired). On top of what you listed, the following is also mandatory: I-864, I-693, supporting documentation for I-130 - proof of bona fide marriage, suporting documentation for I-864 - taxes for the last 3 years: W2, 1040, etc.
I-130 is required, it's the basis for everything else. Have you read the instructions for the forms?
