Green Card for Parents???

Hi Friend,
I need some help regarding filling green card for my parents. I have following questions ...I would be real thankful if you can help.

1) I live in NJ and my sister lives in NV . We both are USC. Please advice where we should there's GC in NJ or NV...So that it takes less processing time ? and GC comes faster ????

2) What forums needs to filled ...I understand we need to file I130 ,485 , EAD and AP???

3) Any tracker that can tells me the processing times.....

Where are your parents? Overseas or in the US? You should file where your parents reside, unless they are abroad in which case, Consular Processing will be the option. why are you removing the conditions of your green card?
The conditions cannot be removed until after August 29th next year.
