Green Card for Parents

Hi all,

I am applying Green Card for my parents who are in USA.

My mother's 6 months visit will expire on Dec 20 2008. So I am planning to apply before the expiry.

I called USCIS and they have given me the list of forms I should apply.

I-130
I-485
I-765
I-131
I-693
I-864
G-325A

I have few questions: Answers would be very helpful

1) Is this is a correct list or I have file more?

2)Do I have to fill and submit I-131 with this package? Because at present my parents do have any plans for 6 months? When should I file this form, now or when they want to visit India?

3) Which forms should be signed by me and which forms my parents should sign?

4)On I-485 form Part 3 B, do I have to give my A#? I think I should but not really sure.

5) I-130 c 22 - I will sending the forms to Vermont office, so for city St.Albans and State VT, is that is correct?

6) G325A form - Applicants's last address outside the United States of more than one year. Under that for To section can I put "Present Time"

7) G325A- Applicant: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below:
My parents dont have alien number, what should I write there?

Please advice.

I-131 and I-765 are optional and can be submitted later. Or never. It depends on if and when they plan to work or travel. They take 2-3 months to process, so they should be filed at least that much time before your parents need to use them.

Hurry up and make an appointment with the civil surgeon for the medical, because the waiting time can be a number of weeks for an appointment, and then another couple weeks to get the results. You don't have much time to waste if you want it all done before December 20.
