Green Card for parents

I have applied for US Citizenship. I have following questions:
1. How long does it take to get the Citizenship?
2. Once I get the Citizenship, I would like to apply Green Card for my mother. She has multiple entry visa for US. Can we apply for her GC when she is visiting us?
3.Can she stay with us once her Green card is applied for?

It really depends on your DO. 4 months to 1.5 years.

2. Once I get the Citizenship, I would like to apply Green Card for my mother. She has multiple entry visa for US. Can we apply for her GC when she is visiting us?

Yes after you become a citizen you can file for her when she is here.

3.Can she stay with us once her Green card is applied for?

Yes, she can live here while her application is in process.
