I am a newbie here and need some help. I am a US citizen, was an Indian before, and planning to file for Green Card for parents. To file their papers I need to have their marriage certificate and birth certificate. There is some issue here. My mother and father are born in early 1950ies and dont have birth certificate. My mother never went to school so she doesn't have education certificates to prove that. Also, my parents married when my mother was 17 years and 8 months so leagally their marriage registration can not happen untill we change the marriage date (But that would be illegal). I'd really appreciate if I can get some advice here.
