I am US citizen. I need to file GC for my father. My mother has deceased. My father does not have marriage certificate in his possession. Since, my mother is deceased the process to get marriage certificate from India is lot more complicated.
Can anyone guide me on what should be affidavit that we can get instead of marriage certificate?
Please provide affidavit format and any supporting document that we may need.
