Green Card for Parents and Siblings Under 21

I am a US Citizen sponsoring my parents....what is the process of sponsoring them and also include my sister who is unmarried and under 21......should I wait till the parents get the GC and have them sponsor her....and also what is the processing time...in either case...thanks for you help

Your sister cannot be added to your parents' petitions, you (or somebody else) must file for her separately.

For parents the total processing time is generally 6-12 months, but for siblings it is over 10 years and the sibling is not allowed to stay in the US while waiting the 10 years for their priority date to be reached, unless they can obtain some other legal status like a student visa.

For GC-holder parents sponsoring an under-21 unmarried child, the wait is about 3 years. But the child is not allowed to wait in the US during the 3 years, unless they have some other kind of status.
