im trying to apply for my father status he filled the 245i long time ago im turning 21 this year 2021, but, we dont know what forms need to be fill now that im going to submit the documents to adjust his status
but we are confuse what form or forms to use due that he already applied 245i or it not matter? but we dont know which forms to fill yet

if anybody can guide me i will appreciated thanks
 
What do you mean by "he already applied 245i"? Do you mean that he was the beneficiary of an immigrant petition filed before 2001, and therefore is grandfathered under INA 245(i)? Or do you mean he applied for Adjustment of Status (I-485) previously using INA 245(i) but it didn't get approved somehow?

For him to adjust status now based on your petition, taking advantage of 245(i), the main forms to file (after you turn 21) would be I-130, I-485, and I-485 Supplement A. There are many documents and supporting forms needed; read the instructions for each form.

yes, but my father never went to appointment after the years got divorce

so he will need to fill all those 3 forms ?
any other advise will be appreciated?

Can you be specific about what forms he filed and what forms were filed for him before? Who petitioned him? And in what year? What was the result of each of the forms?
 
only forms filled years ago where 245i he doesnt remember the numbers of the others but was the regular forms to becoming legal resident he had the work permit and social number for work but they never renew the permit to work even he try to renovated due to the 911 attack he skip the interview and never bother to go back we are talking about year 2001,
but now we are not filling nothing yet, we are asking so we know what forms to submit now days

ps if i found the numbers forms that he use back on those days, i will reply with them, i think a person tried to help and keep the documents and they get lost due to a small fire in the house
 
INA 245(i) is a section of law. It is not a form. Your description is not very clear so knowing what forms were filed and what happened with each application would give us a clearer idea of the situation.
