I want to apply for GC for my brother, I am US citizen, could you please tell me what documentation i need and what forms I need. He has two kids, one is 15 and the other is 12; what I heard it takes 10 to 12 ys to ge immigration approved, does the kids need to be under 21 and single when it get approved, if they are over 21 can they still come here and obtain their green card; any help is appreciated.

You only need form I-130 right now. Just one for your brother, and then his kids can be added to the same petition.

10-11 years later you'll need some other forms like I-864, or whatever other forms are applicable at that time.

The kids definitely need to be single to join their father's immigration process. Normally they also need to be under 21; but if they are over 21, there is an age adjustment allowed according to the CSPA (Child Status Protection Act). The 12 year old (who will be 22 or 23) has a reasonable chance of retaining eligibility after applying the CSPA adjustment, but the 15 year old (who will be 25 or 26) will probably be too old.
