Which is it?

Is the date wrong or the style in which the DOB was written. In other words, if you were born on Feb 1st, 1915... USCIS has your DOB as January 1st, 1915 or they just have your DOB as 01, February 1915?;)

USCIS would care less how in Europe we write our date of birth, it is either wrong or your preference wasn't given. eg. Day first and month second, which USCIS won't honor in anyway...

Lastly, why did it take youso long to examine the correctness of your card? Didn't you read the instruction paper which came with your card? :(

thanks for your reply al southner

HI AGAIN

ITS THE STYLE ! THEY HAVE IT ON MY CARD THE STYLE WE USE IN EUROPE . NOT THE STYLE THAT AMERICAN USE . WE WRITE DAY FIRSTAND THEN MONTH HERE IN AMERICA THEY WRITE MONTH FIRST AND THEN DAY .

well i didnt notice coz its confusing ! even the officer didnt notice that when i travel overseas ..... until i went to renew my SS# . THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THAT AND I GOT IT RENEWED WITH NO PROBLEM ALL THE OTHER DOCUMENT I HAVE MY DATE OF BIRTH ARE CORRECT !!!!!!

ITS NOT AS YOU MENTION !

FOR EXAMPLE MY DATE OF BIRTH .( FEB. 3rd 1950) . THEY HAVE IT ON THE CARD (march 2nd 1950 ).

like that ... 02/03/1950
03/02/1950

ANYWAY I DIDNT GET THE ANSWER FOR MY QUESTIONs YET , IF YOU DO IT WILL be HIGHLY APPRECIATED .

THNKS

Did you make a copy of your card? I assume you can bring the copy to the infopass appointment and show it to them. Or they should be able to find you just by A number.
I do not think there should be a problem to get your passport stamped.
I have not done the correction process, but I saw some threads about it, so try to find them and read what other people experienced.
Good luck!!
