Hi,

My sister is a GC holder. Do you think she can sponsor my parents ? The embassy website clearly states that only citizens can sponsor ? However I read and hear GC holders bringing their parents.

Is there any special paper work for GC holders to submit in order to bring their parents to the US?

Please help..

Unfortunately, only citizens can sponsor their parents for a permanent residence in US. Ofcourse, you can always bring them on visit visas 6 months at a time.
