I would appreciate if you could answer following question:
1) I am trying to get my green card sponsered by a company but this company was opened only 1 year ago. This company has a revenue of over $50000. The company is going to file its first taxes this year. I want to know if this company can do RIR/non-RIR Green Card based on future need? I am not going to join this company till the point I get my Greencard(assuming it can sponser one).
