Green Card behind processing date

My wife's I-485 filling date is 9th of july 2003 while the processing date is 11th of Aug. she hasn't got the approval yet. We did send the medical rfe which they received on 7th of july. What should be my next step.
 
Wait. If you are an EB-3 there is nothing to do until October when the visa numbers finally become available again for this catagory.
