Hi. I have a perhaps niche concern here. My green card application was approved last year. However I recently discovered that my medical report (I-693) had a mistake. In May 2024 the vaccination requirement was updated by CDC and the Polio vaccine is now required for adults, but my civil surgeon did not know this so marked Polio as "not age appropriate". My green card application was approved without USCIS issuing an RFE on the medical exam, but I'm worried that this would cause problems down the line when I apply for citizenship. In the past people have been denied citizenship because their green card was approved in error. Has anyone ever had issues regarding their medical report during naturalization? Is this something I need to be worried about, or should I forget about it because it's not a significant error? Thank you.
