Finally, today i received my greencard. It has been 5 years of hell starting from labor cert which took 18 months, then i140 bubble, then 485 case transferred to NYC who lost the file and another 1 1/2 yr wait then interview but namecheck pending for two more years. i was going to start the writ of mandamus process this month but things moved when i got my third fingerprint notice.
