Since you have got your GCard, your H1 is invalid. You cant apply for H4 for sure.
If you were married before your Green Card was approved...you can apply for consular procesing for your wife, as AOS can be applied only if you are within the US and your wife will be called for a consular interview. Usually it takes 6-9 months if your PD is current, but if not it could take more.
If you were married after your GC is approved, your wife is ineligibe for being a benificiary of a Employment based GC. She comes under the family quota and wait times are 5+ yrs.
If your wife already had visa F1, H1, L1 then there are some options, else thats abt all u have.
