pls i will like to know if my spouse can file for my green card at the same she files for her citizenship,she is due for citizenship and we just got married. can she file for the two at the same time or just wait till she gets the citizenship before filing for my green card..

She can file for you when she's still a green card holder, but the advantages and restrictions of doing so are affected by whether you're inside or outside the US, and your immigration status within the US.

Are you inside or outside the US? If inside, what is your status?
 
Am in the country already,i have been in the us for almost a year now..
Since she is due for citizenship,i just think they can approve her citizenship and also grant me green can within a range of time

I still have my visa buh my i-94 is expired
