Green Card application from Head office

I am appearing first time in this forum.My question is as under.

My company's head office is in Atlanta and I am working in branch office here in Virginia.I want to apply for green card so what is the right way to apply.I mean, should I apply my case from Virginia or from Atlanta.Because Virginia is slow and Atlanta is comparatively better.Please advice me.
