Green Card Applicants Lobbying for Quicker Processing

Good Job Kash777

I have not seen this newspaper in this part of US. From what we have seen such publicity does not seem to make much of a difference. We are now engaged in a more focussed appeal involving US Citizens, Adjustees, Employers and Organizations.

Only a one on one sustained campaign will get results - like the TSC one.

1. The publicity helps when we target new bill /law or for some settlement for our I-485 litigation.
2. We can achieve faster processing of I-485 without any bill if some congressmen approaches CIS top officials on behalf of us.

RSUR,
BTW, How are your campaigns going? Did you guys meet any Congressman or Senator lately?

Edison,

The last few weeks have been slow but the effort to collect letters / testimonials is on. We will have a cut off date in April and the target is > 500 letters. Once we have this bunch in hand we will personally meet with as many congressman/senators as possible and work on a weekly basis with their contact person to see that pressure is put on CIS.

We have set up a conf. call tomorrow to hammer out the details.
