I would appreciate if you could take some of your time & revert back on the same.
Q. If I apply for my green card as a high school teacher, is it possible to shift my job to an industry job (say, a bank) without disrupting my green card process? At what stage of the PERM process could I do this?
Q. Also, once I have started my green card processing, at what stage does my spouse get her work permit? What’s the average waiting time for a work permit usually from the time of initiating the green card processing?
