I’m not from USA so is my wife. We’ve married in my country ( 5 years) and we have two kids. I’ve been transferred from my company overseas to our facilities in the USA. I’ve applied for the green card and got it this year. Unfortunately my wife and I have been having some problems and now we are planning to divorce. I know that we have to file the divorce in my country but I wonder if I have to notify anybody in the INS. Would the divorce cause any problems in respect to my family’s green card ?

Please advise me on what to do. Thanks
