Green Card After AOS interview

How often does it happen that they dont approve you on the spot.

Who knows!
A lot of things are involved. Extra-information, additional background check, supervisor approval, namecheck pending...

I was approved "on the spot" but no stamp "we don't do that because Green Cards come so quickly these days". That was over 4 weeks ago and I've got nothing. How ironic considering how "quick" Green Cards are supposed to arrive.

Did you contact them?
Did you receive any approval notice at least?

hi, dr_lha,
I am sure your GC will be there soon.
Did they take your EAD always from you after your interview? how about your I-94? or AP?
:(
If they did take it from you, can you still work or travel?
Where is your DO?

I am mad at them for you, if they took alway everything from you and haven't send you the card yet

They took my I-94 but not my EAD. I never offered it to them however so they may have just forgotton, to be honest I didn't really think about the EAD card until I was driving home from the interview. I never had AP.

I got a LUD finally yesterday so hopefully things are moving alone, I presume the letter I wrote them prompted the LUD.

congradulation....since you got your LUD, maybe your card will be in the mail sooner than you think.

Some one said, if they took your I-94, EAD and/or AP on the spot, than that means they will send you the card soon...I dont' know if that really work that way, but seems like your card is on the way.

Congradulation in advance.
thank you for all the help with the questions I have. :o
