Senior Avaya Voice Network Specialist

Pay: 60,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD /year

Avaya Voice Network Experts – Great Opportunity in beautiful South Florida!!!!

Manage or lead multiple voice network projects concurrently, under aggressive timeframes for execution, deployed in a high-availability environment. • Monitor and manage performance, capacity and maintenance of PBX/ACD systems and IVRs to ensure maximum efficiency. • Responsible for detailed designing, implementing and testing solutions on the PBX/ACD, CMS, CTI, IVRs, and related network technologies. • Experience in PBX/ACD, IVR, and voice mail implementation principles and techniques including planning, developing, operating, maintaining, and trouble-shooting. • Develop and implement dialing plans and associated budgets. • Establishment of connectivity and communications with various resources, such as telephone switches, IVRs, and host interfaces including the design and implementation of PBX/ACD call routing and call management system. - Provide Voice integration, implementation, and support services for domestic and outsourced offshore customer contact centers using Avaya IP Telephony technologies and Avaya call-flow technologies. - Support a Voice over IP (VOIP) infrastructure in a fast paced, high call volume, multiple-site, customer support-center environment. - Responsible for working with vendors and cross-functional teams for system installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of telecommunication systems. - Provide design, engineering support, and programming for PBX''s, voicemail, and other telecommunications systems. - Maintain documentation for all systems. - Provide on-call coverage and support.

Experience with complex contact center applications using Avaya PBX, Avaya IP Telephony, and Avaya Call Flow Technologies - Experience in complex contact center implementations - Demonstrated ability to determine, evaluate and diagnose call routing and performance, and to recommend and implement solutions - Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex call routing problems and system integration issues - Knowledge of and experience with wide area technologies such as ISDN, Frame Relay, and ATM - Experience with configuration management and documentation, to include change process management and records management - Experience working with the following equipment: Avaya G3RV11; Avaya S8700/R1.3; Avaya CMS; C-LAN; MedPro; Cisco Routers, CTI, Conversant IVR, Edify IVR, Intervoice IVR, Geotel, Genesys, and WAN multiplexers
