Great Article - BCIS working environment

This story partly tells why 2nd FP get approved only after 1.5 months. I think the documents sorting, storage and retrieval are probably the biggest problems of BCIS, the main reason causing backlog. Can you imagine they are still using shelves to store documents? Even dry cleaners have a better way to retrieve shirts.

The working environment is so terrible, lack of privacy, no wonder
they hate our cases so much!
 
Definetly a very good article worth to read...Makes more sense now when I hear funny stories about INS.:). No wonder Mohd. Atta was approved of his stay after his death...
