Today I got call from India saying my grandmother is very sick.

Both of my parents are here in USA. Applied for Green Card. Last week both of my parents got EAD card. I beleive I have not applied for Parole.

What is the process? How to apply for Parole? Is that will take too long time? Is it days or months?

Please advice.

Friend of mine went to infopass with docs about her sick aunt (who grew her since she was little) and explained the situation. About a week later she got AP to travel. But she had a letter or something from the hospital, that situation is pretty critical.

Advance Parole normally takes 1-3 months. One must not leave the US before it is approved, otherwise they will cancel the I-485 and/or refuse entry to the US.

If you are sponsoring your parents and your mother leaves the US without the Advance Parole, you can reapply for her green card via consular processing. She would wait in her home country for about 6-12 months, and interview for the green card at a consulate.
