I am graduating with MBA in April. I was worried about when to start my OPT so that i dont have the gap in between in future. I can take some class in summer and can extent my graduation if needed.
Secondly, suppose if i start OPT from JUNE 08 Can i file for H1 on April 08 before acutally graduating or is it advisable to apply in April 09. Do they keep me in non masters quota if i apply this April 08 before graduation? Will it affect the chances of getting H1?
