I have some questions...My OPT started on July1st 2005 and ended on June30th 2005..and also my H1B has been approved on May20th 2005 , now the thing is i have problems with my employeer , so can i apply a new H1B now, as i still have Grace Period ..can I apply in this period.? I cant apply as a Transfer H1B from CompanyA to CompanyB ..because Company A doenst give me the copy of my Approved I-797 and also the he doesnt give me the Paystubs..so can i apply as a Fresh H1 in this Grace Period??
