the government's answer is very standard. Every defendant lawyer uses the same tactic: denying everything (except solid facts like Name, address). If they don't deny, the allegation will be admitted to the court as facts, and the lawyers would probably be sued for malpractice.

Relax guys, this is just the initial answer. Aynthing could be denied will be denied at this stage. Real evidence is usually admitted after discovery stage.
