I hope this does not scXXX us. What a life we live, every month someone trumps us to get approvals and we get down in the priority.

Here we go again !!! . I don't think there was ever a backlog plan in in the works. Its just cover to keep us from making too many inquiries.

The article also is a lesson that only the courts can get results from USCIS. I'm sure there were a lot of petitions sent over the 17 year timeframe.

Only hope is Rajiv's lawsuit........ in a place where polite requests/petitions are not honored.
