While I am still waiting for my I485 approval, she said they have started doing ND for April 00 cases...this lady was very nice and explained all my questions...yes they keep track when I had called them last
Item 2
I asked her since my first EAD was expiring end of month and
had applied 2nd ead--can I work if i don\'t get the 2nd Ead in time
ie no decision on 485 and after 1st ead expired
she said NO. I need to have the 2nd EAD or my I-485 apprtoval.
man--do you call this pressure/frustration or what???
I pursued her and asked her what about if I walk in to Newark and as for
2nd EAD issued--she said, I could, but they don\'t have to oblige.
