Hi All,
Here is my case details,
EB3 , PD 2004, INdia filed concurrently in 2004.
140 approved.
I have received RFE for TB SKIn test in MAY 07- replied with TB skin test result.
Got 2nd RFE in Aug 07 for whole medicals replid and
today got email that they sent RFE again.
Any boady in similar boat?
Why they are not requesting all in one RFE?
Do i need to call USCIS?
I have searched forums could not find this type of process.
Please advise?
